Abstract

Kant is not generally considered to be as a political philosopher. Kant’s work of critical philosophy are taken by central on his thought, so Kant scholars focus their studies on the works of theoretical reason and to the Kantian metaphysical approach to morality. This paper exposes the relations between tree basic concepts of Kant’s political philosophy: conflict, freedom and civil society. However, the purpose is to show how the political view involves the moral, the historical and juridical perspective.
