Abstract
This article shows an alternative view of the educational process on the human beings. The understanding of the process is developed from a biological point of view; as human beings, we are living beings, biological systems, and as such, our structure keeps a continuum of interactions with the environment that fits with it dynamically and permanently. Education is conceived as a structural fitting process, between individuals and their environments, where some ways of thinking, feeling and acting are made up in the participants of the interaction in the same way, it is conceived that individuals are determined by their structure, this means that the structure determines which stimuli from the environment affect them, how are they affected, and how they react to them. As a result this article shows the tension between «structural autonomy» of the individual and his/her relation to the interdependency in the environment educational process.
