Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is didactic, and focuses in a descriptive boarding of the debate of moral and political philosophy around human rights. About seven conceptions on how are conceived the nature and foundation of those rights are analyzed. The promulgation of such rights, included in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, is in its 60th anniversary. As a part of how our Faculty of Filosofía y Letras celebrates this event, this paper is written with the additional intention of it to be used by the students as an initiation for their studies and theoric worries about the human rights.
