Abstract
The development of a research is suggested that will result on the creation of an environment monitoring and agrobusiness management tool, to be called Agrobusiness Management Observatory (Obserga, for its initials in Spanish). The observatory is a tool resulting from the development of four research stages: information base line, business laboratory, design of diagnosis tools, as well as management model design. Every phase contributes to the observatory: information, contacts, casuistry and design of entrepreneurial observation and understanding methodologies. Having an observatory on agricultural companies management brings recognition, divulgation, resources and a portfolio of services to offer to the company with an agricultural purpose. It also represents a contribution to knowledge, about how to manage agricultural companies in an evolutional environment properly. The products of the project include: protocol for the presentation and beginning of observation projects by the Obserga, the Obserga webpage, design of the studies divulgation bulletin of the observatory, methodology to set up an observatory, methodology to diagnose management profiles in agricultural companies, name registration as trademark, model of inter-institutional cooperation and research agreements with different entities (information database, contact network for the agricultural sector, mathematical model for management of agricultural companies, software describing the agrobusiness management model)
