Abstract
Traditionally the Kant’s ethics has been defined as an approach to ethic, which assumes a strong deontological position in which the “good intended” ideas are sacrificed to the ideas of justice. The main objective of the present essay is to make an analysis to the concept of “good will” as exposed in the paper “Customary Metaphysics Foundation”, aimed at exploring the limits of rightness concept built in. Likewise, the reasons Kant supports on the priority of justice will be examined. After analyzing these limits, it should be possible to see clearer that the primacy of justice does not necessarily imply to sacrifice subject’s welfare.
