The empirical based enouncement in light of the scientific methods defended by Rudolf Carnap and Karl Popper

Abstract

This article presents an application of the infinite series in a purely philosophical problem, and at the same time that it passes from the analysis of a modern thinker to a contemporary one. A complement to Hume philosophy from the philosophy of Carnap is presented, specifically in the issue of induction. A justification to induction is developed from an argument based on Carnap and the infinite series, alluding to the potential and present character of infinite.
