Abstract

From the Hill: A reading and writing appropriation study, tries to consider the urgent need to approach the promotion of reading as a strategy of social intervention that, from the public library, must place reading and writing in the daily life of the individuals and the communities. Therefore, it proposes a methodology named the internal question, which tries to connect everything offered by the reading and the public library with a question that can be asked by any person, a transcendental question, which answers what the person really wants and needs to read
