Abstract
This paper is the product of a research performed for La Salle University, using the technique and technology line of the Habitec research group, registered at Colciencias, and which presents the importance of knowing inclusive design as an alternative for social transformation. For this purpose, it is very important to be able to define what accessibility is and how it could contribute to improving the city, but, first and foremost, the life standards of the people who live in it. Inclusive design is a prominent subject in both Colombian and global reality, where there is an environment that does not meet the needs of people and that requires an active participation that will enable the transformation of that which is social, cultural, mental and physical with interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary support, so as to be able to provide a committed and accurate solution to a problem that requires our participation more and more everyday.
