Abstract

The discussion of BIC cultural assets in this country have become increasingly important in the political, economic and cultural. In this article we want to recover this problem on the academic scene for a widening of the importance of preservation of properties not only the monument but for what it implies in the socio-cultural memory and identity of a community that claims not only the vestiges of a past, but the symbols of a culture.
