Temporal Structure of the Action Proposal in the professional Practice Of Social Workers

Abstract

The article presents a phenomenological analysis from the temporal perspective characterizing the action proposal of social workers in their practice, starting with the description of the motivational context which gives meaning to their actions in everyday life. The article is part of a research process that began in 2010 and which was preceded by two works socializing the results. The research used the phenomenological method, examining the reasons because, since these refer to past experiences which can be retrospectively understood by a social worker through a reflexive act of attention.
