Abstract
Organizational effectiveness has been at the core of companies, management and administrative investigation for over fifty years. The objective of this article is to describe business criteria that assess organizational effectiveness. A qualitative methodology was used with constructivist epistemological approach. The analysis allows the presentation of aspects, dimensions, levels and variables that influence organizational effectiveness, from a multidimensional model: a model of objectives, systems, and multiple components of the Human System Audit and the European Foundation for Quality Management. The comparative study allows to adjust disciplinary boundaries which makes it possible to overcome the barriers of organizational inefficiencies limiting the construction of more competitive and sustainable businesses.
