Rethinking the University in its Political-Democratic Dimension for Peace Scenarios

Abstract

This paper delves into the relationship between university and peace, using three aspects as focus of reflection: conceptual enrichment; projection and possibilities for the syllabus and university social responsibility. It further proposes some actions to be implemented, starting at the University, in order to contribute to peace, using the Utopia project at La Salle University as reference.
