Abstract
The study of the educational practices of teachers from the Faculty of Management and Accounting Sciences at La Salle University was based theoretically on the proposal made by Carr (2002), the statements made by Ken Bain in his study “What the best university professors do”, and on the guidelines from the Lasallian Formative Approach (EFL). The first part of the text explains the theoretical foundation, continues with an analysis of the contents of the practices mentioned in the current syllabus and proceeds to present the analysis of data collected through a survey of 51 teachers, the results of which contrasted with Bain’s approach, and constitute a first approach to the educational practices of the Faculty’s professors
