"Repairing life" A different look at approaching the problem of domestic violence

Abstract

<p>The article: "Repairing life. A different look at approaching the problem of domestic violence", takes up the conceptual basis of the research: "repairing life Family alternatives for dealing with domestic violence" which is currently ongoing and it is being carried out by professors Patricia Isabel Uribe Diaz and Martha Lucia Uribe de los Rios and the students Natalia Franco and Yanibet Tibaque of the Faculty of Social Work at La Salle University. The article presents conceptual regards that allow the identification of individual, relational and structural alternatives that are brought up by families in order to confront the violence within them, taking into account the systemic dimensions of the family considered in itself and its relations with the environment: macrosystem, exosystem, microsystem and subsystem. The categories of resilience and gender are presented as transverse axes.</p>
