Innovation as the Axis of Business Development

Abstract

In terms of the importance and need represented by the quick implementation of innovation models within the business context in Colombia, several of the most representative ideas related to the university’s work to promote and strengthen the culture of change within national organizations are developed below. In this sense, the purpose of this document is to provide the reader with an opportunity for reflection and analysis with which to achieve both the academic and the practical evaluation of the importance and positive impact generated by the implementation of concepts and models of innovation as the foundation of the business success of Colombian companies within the current context of market globalization.
