Abstract
This article shows the way tools for the diagnosis and application of logistics management models -such as the SCOR-model- can be used to determine states of productivity. In this case, the exercise allows the identification of the current state of the yellow potato production chain, in the case of the suppliers, in the municipality of El Rosal, Cundinamarca. It is shown that high levels of competitiveness are generated and the growth of the agricultural sector is stimulated with this kind of tools, as further developments and sustainability are achieved in the long run
