The content of this paper corresponds to the characterization of the functions, flows and system of dairy farmers from the Santa Rosa Township in Ciudad Bolivar (Bogota, D.C.). It was written from a systemic approach that allows the establishment of the production system based on subsystems (meat, milk and leather).
