Abstract
The issue about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has been discussed during last years in different forums from world-wide level such as United Nations, the European Commission and the International Labour Organization among others. Nevertheless, companies still have difficulties understanding concepts related to this issue and the methodology achievements used to plan and evaluate the programs results aligned with responsibilities acquired against the stakeholders. In this paper, a theoretical relationship between Ethics concepts and CSR is established; then a definition about some strategies that can use companies to manage efficiently the CSR; and finally the most relevant conclusions on a diagnosis carried out in thirteen Bogota-located companies.
