Abstract
This article approaches a theoretical framework on managerial games, included in the study A Method Development to Design Managerial Games Applied to Client Service. This route shows an approach to the generation of virtual tools that let a method construction for game development which anyway support in advance an appropriate decision-making but low-risk strategy. The playful element helping the skill development and personal balance; powering attitudes and values such as respect for themselves and towards others; working with previously determined rules; teaching to agree and arrange; developing concentration and imagination skills; controlling impulses and curiosity; making strategies for conflict resolution, cooperation, empathy generation, and group involvement.
