Abstract
The need to explore youth world and understand how they manage elements and attributes3 to strengthen their entrepreneurial ability, led to chose a student population sample in order to put them under different tests which allowed a descriptive and inductive research. The college students’ entrepreneurship let to point out that, likely enough, they count on a wide-spectrum of element-attribute relationships, therefore an ideal profile to assume entrepreneurship within a context although there was not an awareness on proportion and adjustment against the market requirements. Review in search of historical contributions to envision and theorize worldwideand- local environments was required to understand increasingly political purposes of governmental promotion; in concert with a statistical and analytical platform –and supplemented with Likert & Guttman scales– allowed rigorous findings. As a result, young people typify –the case study– their ability on 59 per cent for these favorable relationships regarding entrepreneurship. Perhaps the Hypothesis Ho confirms these qualities with certain validity to support initiatives.
