Abstract
The main wealth in which organizations rely on is people. The success of people within the enterprise, its fulfillment, its motivation degree and its productivity depend largely on the characteristics of the environment. A warm environment, respectful and pleasant, that is, a human environment, helps institutions to achieve more easily its corporate purposes and helps employees to achieve their individual goals. Ethics and social responsibility make the acquisition of this type of environment easier. From this discovery, the article defines the corporate humanism and provides guidance to humanize the enterprise
