Abstract

The Spanish tourism industry now faces major challenges. In a globalised world and of highly competitiveness for tourism markets, it is essential to adopt quality strategies that improve service, innovation and creativity. Therefore, this article states that quality in the tourism business is a competitiveness factor; it proposes the development of alliances and emphasizes the need for organizations to act with social responsibility to achieve its objectives.
