El Modelo EFQM como estrategia de éxito para la empresa familiar ante la crisis

Abstract

The European Union (EU) is particularly suffering the Triple-C (economic crisis, financial crisis, and credibility and confidence crisis on the economic policies), resulting in a higher State interventionism stated on the Ordoliberalism principles. To reduce the impact of this crisis on companies, these corporations must struggle based on quality and technology meeting the customers’ satisfaction, which is the EFQM Model target. This article analyzes the way this model can improve the competitiveness and survival of the Family Enterprises in an economic crisis environment.
