Methodological proposal of previous evaluation to the implementation of e-commerce models in colombian industry

Abstract

In a diagnostic matrix evaluate previous to implement of models of e-commerce in Colombian pyme’s, it allows to know the actual state how the company is and the way it should guide the effort in this material. By a mathematical model is possible obtain a score 1 and P2, it is possible to evaluate the internal factors of the organization in study, like: Human Talent, Technological Resources and the structure of Web Site, it allow to know the level of company preparation for implementation of e-commerce models. Then other score obtained of the matrix constitute the level of organization advance in implementation of e-commerce models. When the scores are know and put inside de matrix, it determinate the point where the company studied has a classification, it will give a diagnostic that guide the pertinent actions to implementation of e-commerce models
