Abstract
According to students, professor and assigned organizational mentors, internships (professional practices) of the Psychology department in PUCMM have an immense entailment between learning and service which has brought on new findings. Systematization was the methodological process used, it allowed us to evidence significant findings related to the teaching-learning process, psychology as science and career, behavioral tendencies related to solidarity, social responsibility and ethical and integral development. The learning-service results highlight human integral development and the appreciation which pursues over service learning. These findings provoke different dilemmas and questionings which constitute potential investigation tendencies.
