Pan Compartido Social Program: A Systematic Reading of Social Projection

Abstract

This article is based on a systematization and research process of the Pan Compartido (“Shared Bread”) program from 2007-2011, retaking some theoretical elements from the social work approach, and analyzes the transformation of assistance and charity issues in the process of strengthening human development for personal projection and the development of an individual’s social, emotional and artistic skills for their personal and family realization. In this case, this program is focused on the assistance to head of household women in the district of Suba, in Bogota, D.C.
