Abstract

The article examines how forcibly displaced population settled in Soacha gives meaning to land restitution. Also, it takes up again the results of a research carried out in 2013, using grounded theory. As conclusions, the research found that this population has limited information and interest regarding Act 1448; similarly, the restitution processes has minimal impact in the municipality as a result of poor disclosure and operation from the responsible entities.
