Abstract
There are currently different ways to train people who are interested in building a company. At first, there was talk of classroom instruction with the same parameters used in other fields, without considering that entrepreneurship should be taught from bases that allow an actual approach to negotiation and value creation. Accordingly, this paper proposes a number of steps that will guide students from identifying the opportunity and generating the idea, to the individualization of financing options and possible partnerships and thus allow them to successfully run their business in a dynamic way while taking clarity, consistency and sustainability into consideration.
