Abstract
A social management system is an information system that allows each producer to actively participate and to design strategies for disposing common malpractices and applying new mechanisms towards common welfare. Consequently, the intention is to contribute with raw milk producers to the transformation of socio-environmental habits that are inappropriate and unsustainable and that directly affect the economy of families, their human conditions and, in general, their social conditions, in order to improve their quality of life, to help them solve their problems and to achieve their inclusion in society, as well as their participation and benefit from Local Government programs.
