Abstract

This paper evidences the approach of some economists and/or economy historians to the entrepreneur from the eighteenth to the twentieth century, considered as coordinators of production factors, capital investors, rational agents whose purpose is to minimize costs and maximize profit, or as one who assumes risk and uncertainty or makes the most of the opportunities offered by the market or the environment
