From the Tram to Transmilenio: Mobility in Terms of Competitiveness and Productivity

Abstract

This article provides a characterization of public transportation, for the purpose of which the history, evolution and development of transportation in Bogotá is briefly described, from its beginning to the present day, making a comparison between the traditional public transportation system and the integrated public transportation system in terms of competitiveness and productivity, aiming to understand the magnitude and complexity of public transportation
