Abstract
This paper shows the results of a research process on entrepreneurial associativity of Small & Medium-Sized Family Businesses producing footwear of Bogota. The purpose is answering a question: What features should have an entrepreneurial associativity system for production phase of family owned SMBs producing footwear of Bogota to improve their competitiveness? Basically it consists of approaching the problem; a theoretical discussion on entrepreneurial associativity; then a proposal which will let family owned SMBs not only to regain their competitiveness but face the global market; and conclusions.
