La política europea de innovación. Situación actual y perspectivas ante la crisis

Abstract

European politic on research, technological development and innovation is committed to ensure the EU gets to make an effort in R&D of 3% of GDP over this decade. This article reviews the present status and future prospects of European innovation policy against the current global economic crisis. For that purpose, we analyze the indicators commonly used by the European Commission to evaluate the research, technological development and innovation in Europe during the period 1997-2006.
