Abstract
Pollution processes are the result of inappropriate practices implemented for the man and with one negative impact in the environment. Traditionally, the strategies of mitigation of the mentioned processes are resolved from the engineering trough infrastructure or technological solutions that do not assure the control of the problems or the sustainability of the implemented actions. Alternative, the models of systemic thought allow to analyze the problem from the moment in which the man defines his needs till when he defines actions that finally come to a pollutant process. In this approach, the culture emerges as a relevant aspect in the analysis of the problem and in the design and development of the possible strategies of control and mitigation. Finally, in this document are present two study cases in Bogota
