Interdisciplinariedad y formación en Trabajo Social

Abstract

<p>The interdisciplinary nowadays brings along the generalization of cooperative forms from research, the production of structural change in the scientific and college institutions, and also new relation among them, the society and the productive sectors. In the educational context , interdisciplinary can be evident through specific practice in the classroom; the multidimensional vision of the phenomena, proposed by interdisciplinary is with not doubt , one of the principal approaches where social work gets close to its object of study. The current historical moment of superior education in Colombia, proposes the need of an education by competences; to get close to this perspective, the formation in social work guided by the interdisciplinary reflection, has to become in a model of open an flexible curriculum to form critic people, able to defend their view points and propose new forms for intervention and social action, which allow alternative looks for the profession.</p>
