La niñez habitante de la calle en Colombia: reflexiones, debates y perspectivas

Abstract

The article: «The homeless children in Colombia: a reflection, debates and perspectives», points out the thoughts and findings obtained in a research done by the author in the program of Universidad Andina in Ecuador: «Superior Diploma in Humans Rights.» It characterizes the situation of the homeless Children in Colombia. This is done trough theoretical and methodological issues which question the present pedagogical models and the policies of social control. A proposal from the remedial rights is done to focus the attention in the demanding of justice for the rights of the homeless children.
