Abstract
The experience of 32 graduates, theoretical and conceptual progress, analisis has been realized about the labour competences in the third sector of the economy. The document Intend, to establish the characteristics of professional formation and its connection with the demand for employment offers in this field. The qualitative methodology developed allows to locate contexts, logics and meanings from the perception of the main characters and signifiers. The results show meaningful evidence in relation to the university and the labour World, and demonstrate actions to the academic and labour strengthening in the field of Social Work. In other words, the fact that for each context there is a defined profile that does not determine the explanation for the professional intervention and the object of study. Competences were found that favour the formation, and others precise reflection, when identifying the transverse and emerging backgrounds in the new conceptions about the need of professional profiles at decision making time, register of work goals, posibilities of interaction and self-hearing
