Abstract
This paper aims to portray the current situation of a form of child labor in the Argentine Republic. Despite its different manifestations, one of the forms of child labor that have had the largest impact lately is the use of boys, girls or teenagers for work in the rural area. In order to approach this issue, the definition of child labor will be provided and the current legislation will be imparted. Special emphasis will be made on the rural modality, and the existing relationship between the market, the Government and the third sector will be analyzed
