Design and development of a training module in management archive organization

Abstract

Training in archival items developed inside the organizations involve officials from outside the archival profession, but who are directly involved with the use of Management Archives by implementing and maintaining an Institutional File System. Thus, the methodology encompasses a strict theoretical foundation regarding content development, which creates inconvenient in the seizure of archival knowledge by the participants.
